For your consideration…

As we heard a couple of days ago, we are not expected to be doormats. People may tick us off. They may offend us…purposely or not. We have a right to our feelings and we have a right to voice them. We are reminded today to do it in the moment.

In the moment is the key. Voice our feelings and then let go. Holding on to negative energy will never serve us well.

That is the HOPE. And let it go.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Do not hold onto anger.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day yesterday…

-Beth dropped off a beautiful pastry.

-My friend, Pam, is in town and we had a great happy hour and dinner at the Gandy Dancer.

-Catching up with Alex.

-A new book.
