For your consideration…

We all have heard the saying, “Can’t see the forest for the trees.” Again, it may seem like an odd time for this message considering all of the leaves have fallen. But I am just the messenger.

It is easy, especially if you are type A or a perfectionist, to get caught up in minute details. It is easy to get consumed with a task or a plan despite the road blocks that are thrown in our way. It is easy to forget that road blocks are put in our way to cause us to pause…evaluate.

That is the key to today’s message. We are asked to be aware of the “bigger” picture both in our personal lives and the world in general. We need to do this to keep perspective. Every one of us is important and it is important that we live our life purpose to the best of our building for our highest good and the highest good of all.

It is good to be detailed, we need to be detailed, but at the same time we need to focus on the bigger picture.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be aware of the big and little picture.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Spent time with my friend, Bob taking him to PT and dinner.

-Spending the evening with Alex and Conner.

-Catching up with Jackie and Shannon.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
