For your consideration…

Today’s message was strange how it came in. It started with newborns and then went onto “release” and finally “catch.” I guess sometimes my Guides have to work hard to make it clear on what they want to communicate.

When we are newborns, we have only the basic needs food, changing. When these needs are met, they are released and babies can sleep peacefully. Thus the phrase, “sleeping like a newborn baby.”

As we get older, we pick up new needs and concerns. As they are met, they are released. But also as those needs and concerns grow, we don’t always release them. We hold onto them via worry, fear, confusion, anticipation, dread, etc. Then we “don’t sleep like a newborn baby.” We hold onto them day and night. This does not serve us well.

Our message today, is to practice “catch and release.” We are asked to make a conscious effort at the end of each day to notice what weighs on us and release it. Give it up to your Guidance and ask for it to be healed and resolved for your highest good and the highest good of all.

Will all our problems be solved over night? Perhaps not. Perhaps we pick some of it up the next day. But by practicing release, we are doing a couple of things. We are communicating with our Guidance by asking for their help. And we are helping ourselves by getting the rest we need for our health and welfare.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Release all of the “negative” you have collected throughout the day.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Teaching in the afternoon.

-Catching up with Mary, Alex, and Shannon.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
