For your consideration…
Opposites attract. Magnets were given as our example today for “conflict.” In any conflict there are opposing sides and opposing energy. Without that there would be no conflict.
That is what we are asked to think about when we find ourselves in conflict. If we remove our opposing energy, there can be no conflict. How do we do that? WE remember our humanity. WE remember what we have in common. WE remember that love always wins.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm..“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever yo go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Remove/change the energy in a conflict.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A chill day.
-Catching up with Jody.
-I saw Alex and Conner. They let Louie stay the night and today.
-A fun cooking class.
-A new book.
