For your consideration…

Do you remember these lyrics from the 1970’s? They are from “Big Yellow Taxi” by Joni Mitchell.

Today’s message was exactly this, “You don’t know what you have until its gone.” These are tragic words that I am sure many people have experienced. But today they are given to us in HOPE. They remind us to look at our lives in gratitude, Look at all we have. Look at all that surrounds us. Look at all that we have in our lives with gratitude. Reflect now not when its gone.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.”

-Remember…You are a blessing. You are blessed.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with both my girls, Jackie, and Mary.

-Picking Conner up from school and seeing him trick or treating.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
