For your consideration…

Children often say, “I can’t.” We encourage them and say, “Yes, you can” or “You can’t yet.”

As adults, we sometimes tell ourselves the same thing, “I can’t.” But is that the truth? The same truth applies, “We can or we will be able to.” It takes courage, determination, and work but “We can!”

Our message today tells us not to let laziness, procrastination, or fear keep us from trying and achieving.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…”You are the keeper of the light, wherever you go there can be no darkness.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Try. Believe in YOU.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Chores done.

-Catching up with Alex, Mary, Lori, and Jody.

-A new book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
