For your consideration…
We are created and born from God’s energy. God’s energy is total and pure love. It is the most powerful energy in the Universe.
Our message today reminds us of this but wants us to pause and remember that our job is to take that love and grow it. First, must learn to love ourselves. That means we have to acknowledge our mistakes, dust ourselves off, and move forward with self-love intact.We are asked to expand that love and share it with all that cross our path. Bringing the energy of our love to every moment and situation is…always has been…always will be…asked of us.
Love is the energy that is needed. We are a source of that energy.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
=Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Remember…You are the source and grower of love. Wherever you go, you can share it.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-A beautiful day.
-Dinner and bingo with Lisa.
-A good book.
