For your consideration…
We make thousands of decisions every day. Most of them we do not think much about. The ones we do are most often made by our ego. We think about what needs to be done, how we can do it, etc. Those decisions most often from the ego. Most of us do not think twice about our soul when making decisions.
Today’s message tells us that is wrong thinking. We should be in constant communication with out Guidance and checking in with our soul on all decisions. If it does not feel right there, then the decision is a hard no. If it is not good for our soul, the decision is a hard no. If it feels good in our soul, the decision is a hard yes. If our soul is neutral, then we can let our ego engage.
Our soul knows our purpose. It always wants us to partner with us and help us. I love this quote by Eileen Caddy:
“A soul without a high air is like a ship without a rudder.”
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep cleansing breaths.
-Communicate with your soul.

-Julie, Vickie, and Bob joined Jody and I for dinner.
-Catching up with both my girls.
-Finished a good book.
