For your consideration…
Yes, that is the song that brought in today’s message. “Mr. Sun, sun, Mr. Golden Sun, please shine down on me.”
Without the sun we could not exist. This planet could not produce food and water. We would freeze to death without it. We know all this but sometimes we forget because of all the warnings to stay out of the sun.
Our message today tells us that we need the sun. We need to soak up the vitamins the sun provides. Not to mention the wonders it does for our Spirit.
So, take precaution. Put on sunscreen. Then head out and soak up some sun. Relax in it. Put your bare feet to Mother Earth, close your eyes and let peace fill your soul.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Let Mr. Golden Sun help fill your Spirit with light and joy.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-I worked.
-An amazing cooking class.
-Catching up with Mary and Alex.
-A good book.
