For your consideration…

At one time or another every one of us has felt completely alone or adrift from the rest life swirling around us. Today message acknowledges this as a reminder and opportunity for our Guidance to tell us that we are never alone. Our Guidance is with us 24//7 from conception to death.

All too often we are turning to our Guidance in times of big trouble and need and tend to forget about this partnership for most of the day and night. Many of us would say we don’t hear or feel our Guidance. None the less, our Guidance is walking lock step with us.

Today we are asked to practice. Practice pausing and talking to it. Pause and ask questions. Examples: Should I wear the red or blue top? Should I make this call? Can you help me find a parking spot, please? Calm my nerves please. What should I cook for dinner? Should I go out or stay home?

You get the message. Practice until you are able to recognize how your Guidance communicates with you.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Practice communicating with your Guidance.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A  beautiful day.

-Dinner with Alex and Conner.

-Catching up with Mary.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
