For your consideration…

Today’s message was inspired by the Hugh Prather quote, “Don’t strive for love, be it.”

We attract more of what we think, feel, and do because it is where our attention and focus go. So if we want love, joy, peace, and HOPE, we must be loving, joyful, peaceful, and HOPEful.

That is the HOPE. And you first.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…”You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.”

-Let your love be a beacon.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

NOTE: These seem like a lot. Indeed they are big things that can change your moment, day, life. But depending on  how long we meditate for, the complete list only takes a few minutes. All of them can be done while walking, riding in the car, sitting in the yard, etc.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-It did not look like it was going to be a beautiful day but it turned out that it was.

-Seeing Conner and Alex.

-A Paul Bunyan and vanilla malt from Chick Inn….going back to my teens for a bit.

-Catching up with Shannon.

-A new book.
