For your consideration…

Notice where your thoughts are coming from. Notice how they make you feel.” They are what is driving your life. Your mind is more powerful than you can ever imagine. What you think, you attract. What you think, you attract.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember, You are the keep of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Make your thoughts count.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A great day teaching summer camp.

-Catching up with Jody and Kathy.

-Finished a good mystery.
