Waves of Anger

For your consideration…..

Anger. We all have it from time to time. We are meant to. It serves to draw our attention to or even warn us of something. When used properly it is a gift. When used improperly, it harms us.

The reason the above picture is so appropriate is because this is how anger should come over us…..in a wave. And then it should be dealt with and dissipate.

When we feel anger, we know there is something that needs to be dealt with. Something needs our attention. Something is not right with this moment. And this moment is where it needs to be dealt with. It does not serve us well….is not healthy for us….to let it continue to churn.

I am not sure why this is the message today, dear ones. It seems strange to me. However, it is not for me to judge but to trust. And so it is. That is the HOPE.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate. Meditation takes us to our calm center. If you feel anger you are struggling with, meditate.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Going to deep breathing also helps with anger.

-Drink lots of water. It cleanses, purifies and brings clarity to you.

-Journal your feelings.

-Relax and have fun today.

 

What made me smile yesterday…..

-I think I may have been tired. I slept 14 hours.

-The sun….the sun….the sun.

-Navy won in a great game.

-My Christmas tree is up….not decorated…but up.
