One of the best lessons you can learn in life is to master how to remain calm. - Catherine Pulsifer - Quotespedia.org

For your consideration…

It is funny that we should get this message today. It has been a challenging travel day. Maybe this message is for Dianne and I but I have a feeling that it is targeted for other people as well.

You know the drill. Energy goes where our attention goes. If we panic, turn sour and bitter, get angry, etc., that is exactly where our energy goes. Even if we are right, holding onto negative thoughts or feelings does not serve us well. We can not see clearly when we are coming from this space. We have to have a clear place for our solutions and opportunities.

We are reminded that a cool, calm, head and heart will serve our highest good. It will allow the natural flow of blessings and solutions to come forward.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am blessed.”

-Remember solutions are in place we just have to clear space for them.

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 1o deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful hot and sunny day in the mountains.

-Jody, Dianne and I had a beautiful ride to Cripple Creek, CO.

-A fun day and evening touring the town and casinos.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
