For your consideration…
“History is important…all of it.” That is our message exactly today.
We all have history, our own and shared. Every piece of it is important. We are often reminded that every moment is important and happens for a reason and by Divine Guidance. If we remember that, then we how can we think back and try to change it.
History is our foundation,,,all of it,,,the good, the bad, and the ugly. It has created where we are. It has given us our lessons learned, unlearned, experience, and wisdom.
Rather than look back with regret and try to rewrite or “correct” it, we should express our gratitude and build on those experiences.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Celebrate and be grateful for ALL of your history.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A great flight.\
-I met a great inspirational couple, Mike and Judy Cook.
-A good night with Dianne and Jody.
-A beautiful ride up to Jody’s “The Hill.” We saw beautiful huge elk.
-A new book.
