Free Vector | Word design for attack

For your consideration…

Attack seems like such a strong word. And it is. So often we do not use it. We use words like “negativity” instead. We disagree on thinking and rather than try to remember “free will” and individual rights, we attack.

We often feel like we must stand up for what is right and we counter attack. How is that working for us? Are we changing the others minds? Are we getting the change we want to see?

We know that the answer is “NO.” Counter attacking with our words is not working. The minute we start a wall is put up and nothing we say gets through. Just like the attack we sustained. We don’t look at the merit or possibilities. We think our how we can counter what we are sure is wrong.

Every one ultimately wants love and peace. Yes…even when they are attacking. So what if we were to resist attacking back? What if we disagree but don’t attack? Instead, we override our ego’s natural instinct to counter attack? Instead we release those thoughts go with blessing for higher healing. What if instead we remain peaceful and just agree to disagree? No attack is necessary. We simply look beyond…behind…their attack and see the real person who just like us seeks love and peace.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Rise above attack mode.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Mamogram done for the year.

-Beth and I tried a new restaurant in Detroit called Chatreuse before the the theater. It was fabulous.
