For your consideration…
We…all…of us are perfect. We were created exactly as was intended. Each of us are essential. Each of us has a unique purpose.
“When you said you looked a mess, I whispered underneath my breathBut you heard it, darling, you look perfect tonight”
These are the lyrics that brought in our message today. They are from a love song written by Ed Sheeran. Clearly this is a love song for his love. But these lyrics were brought to us remind us of our perfection. We may not see it. We may doubt it. But that does not mean that others look at us and see our flaws versus our perfection.
We are reminded today not only of our perfection but also to see the perfection of others.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of light. Wherever you go there can be no darkness.
-Remember to look to see the perfection of ourselves and others.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A fun teaching assignment.
-Catching up with Jody and Mary.
-A good book.
