For your consideration…

It is easy to get bogged down with tasks, worries, fears, anger, etc. You know all of the “negative” energy. It is easy to let these things steal our energy. But we don’t have to stay in the doom and gloom. We can change our energy up and get back into the light of HOPE.

Some people are very good at this. I suspect there are more of us who have to work at it. The first step is to notice the funky feelings. When we notice, we are reminded that we have a choice. We always have a choice to turn the it all around. We have the power. All we have to do is change where our focus goes.

One of the very best ways to do that is to count our blessings. We always have way more blessings than problems. Counting our blessings is a game changer.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Where you go there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Count your blessings.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful hot sunny April day.

-Taking Alex and James to airport for there next adventure.

-Catching up with Jackie and my sister.

-A good book.
