-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A good walk with Dianne and Vickie.
-My cake. I definitely need instructions from my friend, Heather. My cookies turned out better.
-A good book.
-Alex and James had fun at the zoo with Conner. Shannon and Will had fun in Barcelona with Mac.
