For your consideration…
Our message today comes in sounding a little bit sterner. It was exactly this, “You can run but you can not hide.” Yikes.
We have all put on personas, taken on different roles, wore different faces for many reasons. Perhaps it is our work environment. Perhaps it is meeting new people. Perhaps it is a group we belong to. Or perhaps it is even in our family. Our message today says to STOP.
You were born a perfect person for a specific life purpose. Only you can do you. Only you can do your life purpose. Be your authentic self in every situation with every person. It is exactly what is needed.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and my highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Remember, “You are the light keeper. Where you go there can be no darkness.”
-Be yourself…always.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful sunny day.
-A good writing session done.
-Nick and Kathy stopped by and visited Dianne, Louie and I.
-Bingo with Dianne and Lisa. Lots of laughs.
-A good book.
