Happiness

For your consideration…

About happiness…It is not something that someone gives us. It is a choice we make.

Happiness is a choice. It is a path we decide to take. No one can make us happy. We have to choose it.

Do we ever think or say, “You make me happy.”? Sure we do. And people do. But that is because we choose to let them. We choose to seek those people and things that can bring us happiness.

If a person is miserable and unhappy. There is noting anyone else can do or say that will change that. They could win a million dollars and they would find it a burden.

Happiness is a choice. It is a choice that a person has to make for themselves. No one else can make it happen for them. When we make this choice we open ourselves up to an abundance of happiness everywhere. We find ourselves accepting it, sharing it, and creating more.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Choose happiness.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Jody and Shannon.

-Don and Mary came for a visit.

-A good book.

-I made some delicious ribs.
