For your consideration…
I can’t be sure but in over a decade of writing this blog, I don’t think we have ever had Noah’s Ark bring in the message. Fun stuff.
God spared Noah and his animals…two by two. A male and female of each species was spared to carry on the lineage.
Our lesson today reminds us that male is not more important than female. We are dependent on each other. We are also reminded that each person carries male and female energy. Again, one is not more important than another.
We are reminded today that we need balance in our lives. We need it in our energy. We need balance in our work and our play. We need balance in our body, mind, and Spirit. Each has a role. Each is important. Each is dependent on the other.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Seek balance.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A visit from Alex, Conner, and James.
-Conner officially calls me Mimi.
-Some cards made and a gift wrapped.
-Laundry done.
-Catching up with Jody.
