Watch your attitude. It's the first thing people notice about you. - seo.title

For your consideration…

A few days ago we had a message about our attitude. We know that it affects everything we do. It is an influencer. It is a filter coloring our view physically and mentally. We also learned that we have have power and control over it.

Today we are given a task to help us notice how we are doing with that message. How are we doing with changing our attitude and staying positive and standing in the light?

So this is what we are asked to do. Randomly throughout the day today and maybe into tomorrow if necessary, pause. Pause and notice whatever it is we are saying, thinking, or doing. Notice how we are feeling. Are we feeling good, loved, positive or are we feeling depressed, angry, frustrated, negative, etc.?

If we are on the right side and are happy with our attitude, wahoo. Give yourself a pat on the back. If we are on the wrong side, this is an opportunity to practice changing our attitude and picking ourselves up before we move on.

So what do we need to do to remember to do this little task? Maybe we set an 4 or 5 alarms. Put a rubber band around our wrist. Write ourselves a note. Put it on our calendar. Whatever works for us is perfect.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Remember they don’t all have to be at once. It doesn’t need to be just ten. We can do them walking to and from our car, mail box, on our porch, etc.

-Notice our attitude and take charge of it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Groceries ordered.

-A fun DKG get together. We discussed the book  Firekeeper’s Daughter.

-Everyone brings something to share. There is no sign up sheet. It is always a surprise. It always works out perfectly.

-Starting a new book.

Love Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
