Maderia, Portugal

For your consideration…

I took the above picture a couple of weeks ago. It felt special at the time. As soon as one rainbow would fade another would take its place.I loved Maderia, Portugal. I could definately spend a whole vacation there. So when our message came in that it was time to think about rainbows, I knew exactly the picture I wanted to use.

I also think that today’s rainbow message is a great tie to yesterday’s message about valuing our journey, all of it.

So what do rainbows represent? They represent perfect balance and harmony…completion…health wholeness. They are a celebration of coming through tough times, learning difficult lessons (those cracks in the road). They are a reward for a job well done. Our Guidance is pleased with us as we should also be.

Rainbows are reminders to be happy with ourselves. But today’s message wants us to realize that we should count our blessings and not be so harsh on ourselves.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Count our blessings.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Spending the day with Conner.

-Alex came up with a spur of the moment trip to Chicago.

-She found an amazing condo with amazing views, amazing location, including a park across the str4eet to walk the dogs.

-Conner is fascinated with the floor to ceiling windows looking out over the city and beautiful Lake Michigan.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
