For your consideration…

All roads have cracks in them. Some we notice others we don’t. Some are bigger and worse than others. Some grow over time. Some require attention and repair. But through it all they are valuable to us. We use them just as frequently. What stories they could tell, if they could talk! They hold history and memories.

Today our message uses cracked roads as an analogy to our lives. We change over time. Sometimes life is smoother than other times. Sometimes we need attention and repair. Our history and memories tell it all. But not matter what our life is valuable to the collective. Without every single moment, no other moments would be the same…for anyone.

We are asked to celebrate ourselves. Be grateful for all of our moments including the “cracks in the road.”

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…“I matter cracks, flaws and all.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

What made me smile yesterday…

-An unusually warm day for February.

-Lunch with Vicki.

-Snuggling with my Louie. I loved my trip but I did miss him.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
