For your consideration…

Today we are given a task. For every bad or negative thing we think of someone, or even something, we are asked to think of five good ones. The point is to deliberately change our thinking from negative to positive thus turning our attitude around.

And we all know what attitude is all about. It has been compared to the small miracle pill, the rudder that keeps the whole ship heading in the right direction, the key to success, etc.

We have power and control. We can keep our lives full and happy. But it is work sometimes and we have to put it in to get the results we want and deserve.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.”

-The first thing we have to do is notice when we are thinking something negative so that we can turn it around.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-Cathy is visiting me.

-Hearing from Jackie and both my girls.

-Lots of travel stuff taken care of.

-Julie brought Chinese over and had dinner with us.
