For your consideration…
We have probably all heard and used the saying, “Win some, lose some.” Our message today tells us this is just an illusion. Winning and losing require judgment. And if we suspend judgment and just accept what is, we realize that each moment, each incident is just that…a moment, an incident.
We are learners and teachers. Each moment, and each incident provides us with an opportunity and blessing to help us grow.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Teach, learn, grow.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Sunshine.
-Poor Louie. I am not sure he is in love with his new haircut.
-I love mine though.
-Catching up with both my girls.
-Mac made it to Europe.
-And Cathy is here ready to start our adventure.
