For your consideration…..

I usually get our messages in the morning during meditation. But today’s started coming in yesterday. That was unusual. And the message came in bits and pieces in a playful joking manner. Our messages come through in different ways with different tones. I know this. Still I needed to make sure this message was for the blog and not just random prompts to keep me on track. I was assured that this message is for HOPE‘s Rising. So here we go….

God does not want to be the good china that we only pull out on special days, occasions or when we have a problem. He wants to be like the everyday dishes worn with signs of use. And he wants us to use the whole set;  angels, guides, spirit people, faeries, Gods, Goddesses etc. that he has provided for us. He wants us to use this set constantly for everything no matter the importance or emotion at hand. This set is what we use when we are most comfortable and from where we can find peace and grow. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. However and for how long you can is perfect. What works for you is perfect.

-Drink lots of water. Again water helps with your clarity. I am finding that when I eat something that is not good for me, I am craving water afterward. Do you think that is a clue?

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. I am assuming we know that we are not limited to 10. And I am assuming we know that they do not all have to be done at once.

-When we are stressed, tense or out of sorts, take a few deep breaths to return to calm.

-Do something you love. Take time for you. Keep the spirit of the season first and foremost and do not let stress jump in.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A beautiful necklace and earring set made and given to me by my friend, Carol. I love it. It is perfect. She has such a good creative eye. Wow. Thank you, Carol.

-Successful movement of big pieces of furniture up to Stillwater. This was the hardest part of the move. It feels great to see the vision coming together although I could have done without one of the couch cushions blowing out of the truck. It is in pretty bad shape. But even that could not touch my joy.

-Alex, Alex, Alex ….Super Hornet Super Woman….is achieving her dreams.

-Last minute dinner plans. Aren’t they the best. I love our friends. Thank you Dianne, Gary, Martine, Denise, Klaus and Vickie. It was fun.

Love, Gratitude and Blessings,

Chris
