For your consideration…
As children and even as adults, it is fun to play with our shadows. It is exciting when toddlers first experience this exciting new thing called the shadow.
Today we are asked this question. would you let your shadow lead you? Of course, not. It can’t lead us. Without us, it is nothing.
This is the example we are given as today’s message. Consider that our ego is our shadow and we…our soul is our body. Our soul is the home of our spirit and our connection to the Holy Spirit of our Creator. Our ego can not exist without our body, but our Soul…our Spirit can. We know this.
So now we are asked another question. Who should be in charge? Who should we follow? We are reminded live our lives putting our soul and Spirit first. Let it lead the way.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Let Spirit guide us in all things big and little. Let it lead our way.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Meeting my friend, Janet, for a fun day. Time flies when you are having fun.
-A fun gift I can not wait to experiment with.
-Catching up with Alex. She put such fun pictures and a video up of Conner.
-A good book.
