For your consideration…

First, let me say that ALL prayers are heard. Every single prayer is heard. Every single prayer is important.

Today’s message, however, asks us to take prayer a step further. Why? Sometimes, we have our prayers on automatic. For instance, maybe we pray every day for peace and healing of Mother Earth. We pray it without much more thought because we do it every day.

Today we are reminded that intention…intention with our full awareness…is very powerful. Just as prayer chains are. Often we just click “like” or say an “Amen.” etc. And that is good. It is helpful. But it is far more helpful when we pray with intention and envisioning God’s healing for that person.

Pray with intention.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…”I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pray with intention.

What made me smile yesterday…

-The rain has stopped and the colors are still beautiful.

-Errands run.

-Seriously…Huntington Bank is the worse. As soon as I think I am done with them, they have one more thing. Why does that make me smile? Because as I went to talk to them one more time, I found out they were closed and there stood an old man with a walker inching along. I asked him what he was doing and he said that he took the bus to the bank and was there 5 minutes before they closed but they would not help him. They told him to come back tomorrow when they were open until 9:00. I repeat. This man could only walk a couple of inches per step with his walker. He had taken the bus and then inched his way to the bank from the bus stop. As I was talking to him, I watched as bank employee after bank employee ran by him to their cars. Ugh. I am happy I was there and happy I was able to give him a ride.

-A fun cooking class.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
