For your consideration…
“If you know, you know.” Our message today is about trusting and honoring our intuition.
Many people tend to think that “intuition” is a woo-woo thing. It is not. It is real. Just like animals, we are born with instinctive intuition. Unlike animals, many tend to ignore it. If we can’t explain it, should we ignore it? No! We do not have to explain it and should let go of the need to do it.
Albert Einstein wrote;
“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant.
We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”
Who are we to argue with Einstein? And who are we to suppress and ignore our heavenly gift? Just a thought.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Trust our intuition.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Rest really does help when you are sick with a cold. I am so much better today.
-Catching up with Alex and James.
-A good book.
