For your consideration…
I feel like I have written about or used this picture before. Still, when our message came in today, this was the image that came with it. This picture is entitled, “HOPE Around the Corner.”
Certainly, we have lots of messages about HOPE. Today’s message is specific. It tells us that we are born with HOPE in our life toolbox. HOPE is a key tool we need to navigate life. It is a tool that can be shared but should never be given away. We need to keep it handy for whenever we need it.
We should never be without HOPE. And if we find that we are, we are having a crisis in Faith. Faith and HOPE go hand in hand. We can not have one without the other.
If we find ourselves feeling HOPEless, it is a clear message that we need to go within. While that may be the last place we want to go because we are in so much pain, it is also where we can reconnect with our Spirit and find our Faith and HOPE. It is within where we can sit with our pain and make the decision to hand it over. We can choose to ask our God…our Guidance…to take it and help us to heal. It is then that we will start to feel our HOPE once again.
Our message today is clear. We must have HOPE. We can not live without it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm..“I am loved.”
-Affirm…“HOPE is God given for me to keep forever.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of al?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Another day of teaching.
-Catching up with Cathy.
-A beautiful day. The colors are fabulous.
-A great cooking class.
-A quick trip out to Shannon and Will’s to get my Louie.
