For your consideration…

What do you think of this picture? Did it invoke any feelings or thoughts? This is a picture of the healing energy field of Ibiza and it is perfect for today’s message.

We are energy. We are surrounded by energy. Whether we realize it or not, we have some control on how we experience it. We have control on how much of it we absorb.

Let us use Ibiza as an example. I look at this picture and I see it as a place that I would like to visit. There are many beautiful places to visit and there are also beautiful beaches. Beaches, water in general, is soothing to my soul. When I travel, I spend a lot of time in and around water.I also like to settle in someplace. I do not feel any need to see as many sites as possible. I like to go with doing things according to how I feel in the moment. That is just me. Other people go with a plan, They have a list so that they can maximize their time. There is no right or wrong here. It is just an example for today’s message.

What energy do we want to experience? Are we interested in “dancing on the service” or do we want to do a “deep dive” and immerse ourselves into the deeper energy of the culture and energy of Mother Earth in that particular place? Chances are that our choice will vary from time to time, place to place.

Our message today simply wants us to be aware that we have this choice and for us to “take what we need.” Seek the energy level you need to fill up your soul.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Seek and absorb the energy you need.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Spending time with some of my oldest friends.

-Celebrating Dianne’s birthday at the Alpine Lodge in Westcliff.

-I love to cook but would probably say I am not that adventurous with food. Last night the elk ribeye steak was recommended. OMG. A new favorite.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
