True Soul Self

For your consideration…..

Today we have officially entered into the season of giving. It is an awesome season for us as we step away from self-focus and think about others. So today’s message may seem strange. It did to me at first.

We are in a time of “truth”. As Archangel Michael said, from here on nothing but the truth will be acceptable. Each of us must sort through all that is our lives and start to drill down to our own authentic truth. We may not be able to define it today but when we see our truth we know it at a gut level. It shows up at the perfect time. It feels right. It flows perfectly.

We all have a path. It is important that we walk “our” path. It is important that we live in our truth. So as we go forth in this season of giving, we are reminded that there is no greater gift than our authentic “true souls”. If we are giving a gift, make sure it comes from the our true soul, otherwise it is best not to give it. We need to live our soul’s truth.

Man has falsely identified

himself with the pseudo-soul or ego.

When he transfers his sense

of identity to his true being,

the immortal Soul,

he discovers that all pain is unreal.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate. I HOPE you have a better go at it than I did. I am going to try meditating again tonight. I can not remember the last time I had trouble meditating. Hmmm.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. HOPEfully it is doing something fun.

-We probably all need a good stretch at the minimum and some good exercise at the maximum after our big day yesterday.

-Get in some chill time. No one really made the rule that you have to kick it in high gear today.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A great talk with my brother and friend, Jackie.

-Alex, up bright and early preparing for her guests. We miss having her home but later when we checked in, my heart sang as I heard her and her guests laughing. That is what I love to hear.

-Shannon and Michelle prepared an amazing dinner and they had fun doing it. That is just how it is supposed to be.

-Fun as a family. It is special to have our niece, Michelle and her family here.

-OK, I have to admit it, I went to bed at 8:00. I tried to watch TV but had to give it up. I guess I could never be one of those Black Friday shoppers. But I have soooo much respect for them.
