52 Inspirational Quotes about Moving On with Pictures

For your consideration…

It happens. I think I have the message. I sit with it until I think it is complete, then later find out it wasn’t. Yesterday we had a message about time. I should have known there was more because I kept hearing the song, Rawhide. But I don’t have to worry, just like life lessons, if I don’t get right the first time, I will be given it again until I do.

So once again today, we are given the Rawhide theme song. If you are familiar with it, it is about keeping the cattle moving no matter what. And that is the key to today’s message. Yesterday we were reminded that no one is guaranteed time.

Today we are reminded that we are in this moment and need to move forward no matter what. Time does not stand still.

…swollen streams, bad weather…keep those doggies rollin’….no matter what stuff occurs in our path we need to keep moving forward anyway.

all the things I’m missin… even when we miss someone, our things, our creature comforts, our home, we need to keep moving forward.

don’t try to understand them…we don’t always know the when, why, and how but we still need to keep moving forward.

The reality is that time does not stop. We don’t stop. We are in perpetual motion. Our message today just wants us to accept this with a healthy positive attitude. Accept the unknown. Accept what we don’t have. Celebrate what we do. Accept that this moment is temporary. If we are blessed with another, we will be blessed with solutions. We will be blessed with a journey that gets us exactly where we need to be.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take us in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Keep moving forward with a healthy optimistic attitude.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with both my girls.

-A small early evening thunderstorm.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
