Time might not exist — but that's okay -

For your consideration…

There are many theories on time. Perhaps you have given it some thought and even studied it. Personally, the more I read, the more confused I get. But it is fun to sometimes think about it.  A lot of our life is centered around the clock so we think we understand time but in reality, we understand the clock. It is a tool to help us sync our lives.

Our message today reminds us that none of us really knows how time works. But we do know this. It is not guaranteed to us. So we are asked to be mindful and not put off what is truly important to our lives. Live to have no regrets.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.” “I am love.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Live a full life.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day…warm day cool night…no need for air conditioning. My perfect kind of day.

-Catching up with Jackie and Lori.

-Dinner with Ginger at Karl’s.

-Visiting with Conner and Alex.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
