For your conside3ration…

Aren’t these two just wonderful? I saw an unknown quote that is perfect for them,”When we share joy and happiness, we give two of the most powerful healing medicines in the world.”

It is a perfect quote for today’s message that is exactly this, “There is nothing…person, place, thing, experience, moment, situation, etc …NOTHING that is not made better when it is given JOY and LOVE.

We each have these to give. We are born with them. We do not have a capacity limit. We can take in and grow limitless amounts of joy and love. One of the ways to do this is give it away. It comes back multiplied.

Giving love and joy is an intentional act on our part. It does not have to have a response. Our intention creates the energy that reverberates out into the world and goes on and on and on.

The world can seem scary at times because there doesn’t seem like we have the power to fix it. But that is not true. We always have the power to do our part. One of the very best ways is to always apply our joy and love intention.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…“I am love and have the power to apply and heal with love.”

-Meditate/pray…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday..

-A beautiful day.

-Day 2 of taking care of Conner. He is a busy boy.

-Catching up with Shannon and hearing that AJ’s wisdom teeth surgery went well.

-A good book.
