For your consideration…

Sometimes we just KNOW. We may not be able to offer up proof or explain it to others, but we KNOW.

Our Guidance is engaged with us 24/7. We may not always be aware, acknowledge, or respond but it is there ever monitoring. When we get that feeling, it is our Guidance trying to get our attention. We should NEVER ignore it.

When I volunteered for our Domestic Violence Safehouse, that is something we stressed with every survivor. Do not worry what anyone else thinks. Do not worry if you can prove it or not. If you feel something is off, if the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, if you feel like you are being watched or followed, BELIEVE it and respond accordingly.

That is an extreme but good example. We all have instincts. Unlike animals, we don’t always pay attention to it. Unlike animals, we don’t hone our skills. But we should, we should work on listening and trusting our “gut.”

This is another message in what seems to be a series. We are asked to listen to our Guidance, our Spirit, first and foremost. We should not let anyone else’s opinions or beliefs trump our own. We should not let others dissuade us because we can not prove what we KNOW.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Trust you KNOWING.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-24 Thank you cards made for Hilary’s shower.

-Meeting Pam for dinner.

-Picking up and catching up.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
