For your consideration…

I chose this Wayne Dyer quote because it aligns with the messages we have been given of late.

But our actual message came in much more light-hearted. It came in via “bloopers.” We have all seen bloopers on TV and social media where something goes horribly wrong during a big event. In this case, I was shown a bride falling off of a dock. We laugh but we can totally relate and are so happy it isn’t us. While disruptive and tragic at the time, with time even the participants can find humor and laughter. It is the stuff legends are made of for them.

And that is the point. We are asked to recognize this and let go of our attachment to a certain outcome. Planning is good but they also need to be kept organic. We need to let them be the best they can be and we may not always know what that is.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Put our bare feet to Mother Earth and absorb her energy.

-Lighten up on our attachment to the outcome.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Cathy and getting some winter planning done.

-Catching up with Jody, Kathy, and both my girls.

-A beautiful day.

-Lots of stuff for Hilary’s shower done.

-A good book.

-An uplifting on-line class.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
