Looking Back and Looking Forward

For your consideration…

Our daughter put together a beautiful slide show for Bruce’s Celebration of Life. Of course, it brought up lots of memories and emotions for everyone there. So looking back can be nice. It shows us how far we have come.

But….yup…always a but…always a balance, we must be careful that we don’t dwell so much on “looking back” that we procrastinate on moving forward. Our messages of late are urgently asking us to move forward with the new ie; actions, attitudes, beliefs, relationships, work, etc.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Move foreward.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Time spent with my sister and her grandchildren.

-A great Mexican dinner.

-Her plane was delayed but despite all of the Florida storms they were able to get out.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
