For your consideration…

We are reminded again that life is a balancing act and it is important that we do our part to help the Universe out.

For example, if we go to Facebook today, our messages, Instagram, etc…social media..we may see prayer quests. This is important, prayer chains are powerful. HOPEfully as we participate we tap into our personal power authentically connected to Spirit as we send the prayer along. Perhaps we turn on the news and we hear of a tragedy or more on the plight of the Ukrainian or Afghanistan people and we send blessings and prayers to them. These are good things. We are being good Lightworkers.

Today we are reminded that we need to stay in balance. We need to balance out the suffering and needs we see in the world. We can do that by changing our focus. We can do that by noticing all that is right in the world. We can do that by noticing all that is right in our life, our blessings. If we stop right now, pause and take a look around, really look…we can see many blessings ie; photos of those we love and love us, books, our technology tools, a warm cup of coffee, the beauty outside our window, etc. We can open our refrigerator and choose to notice all that is in there rather than what is not. We can pause and hear the sounds that bless us ie; our cat purring, dog snoring, the grandfather clock chiming, the humming of our furnace or air conditioner, the beating of our heart, etc.

Everywhere our senses land there are blessings to be focused on. In gratitude, Lightworkers, let us boost that energy.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Focus in gratitude.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Lori, Aidan, Riley, and I spent the morning watching Conner.

-Lori and I had a great lunch and visit with Beth, Lola, and Linda….old friends…friends forever.

-It was a long ride home but Jackie talked to me the whole way.

-Talking with Shannon.

-A great night of sleep. More and more I am grateful for that. Not sleeping well is a new thing for me so I am happy when it is effortless.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
