For your consideration…
Do you remember this song, “If You’re Happy And You Know It?” I often hear my daughter, Alex singing this to her son, Conner. It always makes him smile…and her…and me.
Happiness is a gift. Actually, the gift is our personal power that gives us the choice to choose happiness. When we choose happiness, we choose the energy that goes with it. When we choose happiness, we choose to create the space for it. When we choose happiness, we choose the expectation of more because we are telling our Guidance what it is that makes us happy. We are inviting more.
Today we are invited to choose happiness…and show our happiness, be gratful for it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Choose happiness.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Some business done including a drop at Goodwill.
-Will and James came to get the lawn equipment. I am sad and glad to see Alex and James take Bruce’s tractor.
-Catching up with my sister and Alex.
-House is clean and ready for carpet cleaners today.
