For your consideration…

We see a lot of tragedy that saddens our hearts. People rant and rave, attack each other…in general, add to the doom and gloom.

In a nutshell, we do not have to dig very deep to figure out the causes of violence. Seeking power and control/greed is one of them and the second is a lack of HOPE.

In all cases, we can take action. There are things we can do. Personal responsibility and never giving our God-given personal power away are essential to a healthy productive life. In turn, never trying to take someone else’s is also essential.

That leaves us with HOPE. Let’s use mass shootings as an example, in every single case the perpetrator has no HOPE. They do not see a future of bright possibilities and blessings. HOPE is also essential to a healthy life. It is imperative that we not let anyone steal our HOPE and in turn, we not steal theirs.

We are lightworkers. Let us not forget that. Let us not underestimate ourselves. In every single moment with whomever, we share it, we have an opportunity to be personally responsible for ourselves, and to stoke HOPE. We can always always always deliver HOPE.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Stoke HOPE.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Lots of sunshine.

-It is fun seeing my garden growing.

-Catching up with Jody and Shannon.

-A little shopping trip and lunch with Alex and Conner. I found an Applebee’s gift card in my purse. It has been there for a very long time, years even. I finally remembered it and asked the waitress if it was still valid. It was…for $40. Wahoo.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
