Fearless
Where is it that you want to be? Are you living the life you are meant to live? Are you living authentically?
Have you given any thought to these questions?
Going into this weekend we are being asked to pause and reflect on them. It has to do with ferreting out that authentic truth we are looking for.
You say you don’t know where to begin? Chunk your life out; relationships, job, home, vacations etc. Then start asking simple yes or no questions. Am I happy? It this right for me? Is this where I am supposed to be?
Then start a “bucket list”. Be fearless with this list. Hold nothing back. If you could have anything, what would that be? Put it on the list.
You should end up looking at your HOPEs and dreams. Can you tie the two lists together? You should be able to be able to see where you are falling short and a possible action step or goal to turn it around.
Pick one area and one action. Set the intention with a positive affirmation and move forward fearlessly. Write the intention and affirmation down. Look at it and say it several time a day. Expect and accept that you will have help available to you. Expect and accept roadblocks to be moved for you. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate
-Get outdoors and take in some deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water
-Keep a pen and piece of paper with you. Jot down those dreams or those things you need to change as they pop into your head.
-Look back over that journal. What pops up? What areas of your life keep reoccurring there? Clue?
What made me smile yesterday……
-I talked to both daughters.
-I taught my favorite subjects.
-Alex maxed out her physical readiness test by over 30 seconds. Wow.
-A great relaxing night at home with an early to bed.
Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
Chris
