For your consideration…

So…the actual message that came in today was exactly this, “Take out the trash, kick it to the curb.”

You can imagine what the images were when I searched. But the above one is perfect.

We feel, we know, we have acknowledged many times over the last couple of weeks that this May energy is big, huge, tough. But it is necessary. If things are feeling forced, or not going the way we planned, then they are not right for us…at least right now. Let go. Go with the flow.

We are also told that it is time to let go of “what no longer serves us.” What is it that just seems to hang over our heads? We need to look at that and ask ourselves some tough questions. Do I need it anymore? Is it enhancing my life? Is it the right thing but the wrong time? If that is the case, set it aside. This also goes for relationships.

We are asked today to lighten our load. Take out the trash, and kick it to the curb.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Unload.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful service for Dan.

-Spending time with Vicki.

-Lisa is a God-sent caregiver.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
