For your consideration…
The sun doesn’t ask, “Should I show up today?’ It doesn’t wait for permission. We need it whether we think about it or not.
We all get those feeling, those random thoughts that come out of nowhere. Suddenly it is just there, someone pops into our head and we think, “I should go see them.” “I should call them.” “I miss them.” “I should write to them.” “I should reach out.” Perhaps we see a stranger and just feel like we want to help them or talk to them.
Our message today tells us that those random thoughts are important and we should act on them. We should “show up” whether we are invited or not. Or even if we think we are not wanted. We need to show up and make the contact.
Our intuitive self is guided by our Guidance. There is not really any random. They have it planned to seem that way to get our attention. Those random thoughts are calls to action.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Act on those random thoughts to reach out…show up.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-When I was stuck…desperate for help…Lisa came over and helped me get Bruce up, showered, and then back in bed. It was the prompt I needed. I made the call to the doctor to call me today to set up Hospice care.
-Catching up with Vicki and Shannon.
-A good book.
