For your consideration…

We all have many commitments throughout our lives. They range from some we love, to some we don’t like at all. and everything in between. Yet we make them all in all areas of our lives; work, family, friends, neighbors, organizations, church, etc.

Our message today asks us to consider committing to ourselves first. We are asked to think about committing to making ourselves healthy in body, mind, and spirit first and always.

Doing this is not selfish. No, it makes us stronger and better for making commitments to others.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Commit to investing and building ourselves in body, mind, and spirit.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful sunny day.

-Catching up with Jackie, Carol, and both my girls.

-Lots of writing done.

-A couple of my flower beds were cleaned out.

-Front porch is cleaned and ready for some pots….can’t wait.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
