For your consideration…
Our message today word for word is this, “Use words and looks as seeds of HOPE and Joy. Spread them liberally and nurture them with love.”
What a great spring message. As things start to bloom, we notice that all of the beauty happens silently and effortlessly. The seeds have been planted, mostly by Mother Nature herself and bloom for our enjoyment.
We are reminded today that we can make like Mother Nature. We can silently plant seeds of HOPE and joy with nothing more than our looks and quiet words offered with intention from our loving spirit.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Plant seed of HOPE and joy.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A productive but chill day.
-Catching up with both my girls.
-A new book.
-A crazy weather day. Such big snowflakes.
