How do we get through coronavirus? Say a prayer and take one step at a time | Jan Risher | theadvocate.com

For your consideration…

I actually woke up laughing at today’s message. It was exactly this, “I don’t know but I’ll let you know tomorrow.”

What? Seriously? We’re looking for Guidance and we get, “‘I’ll get back to you….tomorrow.”  Yup, that is it.

So what is the point? There are several. First, we are heard. We are always heard. Second, don’t get all twisted up on the right now. Third, we don’t have to see the whole picture or plan. We only have to see the next step. Fourth, Our plan is being taken care of but it is fluid. It keeps being tweaked based on what we do, our readiness, what others do, what is going on in rest of our lives and world, etc.

Just because we can’t see it or know it does not mean there isn’t a plan. We are ok. All is well. Breathe.

Side Note: Today is the full moon. Gather your crystals and lay them out and let the moon work its magic.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm….“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next STEP for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Trust what you hear, feel, or know.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

What made me smile yesterday…

-I was saying to a friend, “I hear birds and want to believe that they are ones returning from the south and that Spring is really here. But I don’t see them.” Thump, thump, thump. I go to investigate and a chickadee is flying around in my living room trying to get out. Yesterday was a beautiful day and I had the door open for Louie to go out and in. I’ll take that as a sign.

-Mary and Don came over for St. Patrick’s day dinner.

-Mary, Louie, and I got a nice long walk in.

-Catching up with Alex and James. They are having fun in Key West.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
