For your consideration…

You know who you are! That is our message.

We may be thinking, “No, I have spent my life searching for who I am.” But that is not true. We may search for our life purpose and how to fulfill it. But that is different from knowing who you are.

We are born knowing our soul. It is the essence of who we are. It is our job to protect and honor it. It is our job to always let it stand true to it. We know when we stray. We know when we override it in deference to someone or something else. How do we know? Our gut instinct tells us we are on the wrong track, something isn’t quite right, or smells funny. Our inner knowing lets us know when we are not being true to ourselves.

Our “inner knowing” our “gut instinct” is a blessing given to us at birth in our life toolbox. It is our choice whether or not to use it. Our message today encourages us to always stay true to who we know we are…our true spirit.

I know that I talked with my friend, Vicki, about this. I’m not sure if it has been included in our blog messages. Communication with spirit right now is very easy. It is a good time to practice. Last night I had a dream. I have been having difficulty remembering my dreams which really frustrates me because I know how important they are. So I am pretty grateful that even though I don’t remember the whole dream I had last night, I remember parts of it. I started analyzing it when I came in to write today’s blog. I shouldn’t be surprised but I was that part of the dream was about not losing my identity, not giving it up. I’ll take that as an affirmation that today’s message is spot on. I love when this happens.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Stary true to who we know we are…our essence.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful sunny day.

-Catching up with Cathy.

-Taco Tuesday out with Vicki at Maiz.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
